It’s All About You!

I don’t know about you, but this is one of my favourite times.  A time when I take stock of the last year and where that got me and when I start to look at the year ahead and get excited about everything that I’m doing and aiming for in this year.

I’ve noticed that I’m not alone in this.  Lots of people that I’ve spoken to in the past couple of weeks have been experiencing a mix of the dynamic “Right! a year has gone by, and I’m going to do something different that’s going to make my life so much better!” and the well-known “Oh, but I’m too (insert the applicable response) ……..tired, broke, cold, miserable” excuse for inactivity.

Do you recognise that in yourself or anybody around you?

Well, we’re going to look at how you can beat the winter blues simply by making it all about you.  So I suggest that if there is somebody close to you that’s walking around feeling miserable… send this to them quickly!  For those that have already beaten the blues and are charging ahead with making their plans for the Spring – well done!  You can also use these tips to add more energy to your resolve.

flowers

With the many different roles that we undertake in our lives these days, we can so easily get caught up in playing each one, and everything it entails that, for a time, we lose ourselves in the mix.  This is especially true going through and after divorce.

What we do on a daily basis can stop being about choice and start being purely about obligation.  This can be particularly highlighted over the festive season when we had to drag ourselves up to go to yet another gathering when deep down we’d really have liked to stay in bed for a lay-in and really wish we’d never agreed to go in the first place!  No wonder so many people feel burnt out by the time they reach the end of winter.

Well now is a great time to step back and bring the focus back to you.  Not only is it the simplest way of beating winter blues, it’s a great way to give an extra energy boost to your plans and get the best start.

So be really honest with yourself , how good are you at focusing on you? How often do you put yourself before anything or anybody else?

For many of us, as we continue to juggle our commitments, obligations and other people’s needs, it’s not often enough.  Perhaps we feel that it’s selfish to focus on ourselves when there are so many other people and jobs demanding our attention.  But are we getting it wrong?

Think about it for a moment.

How differently would you feel if you put yourself first more often?  If you were to do more of what you wanted to do?  Would you feel more tired, stressed, time-poor, lacklustre?  Or would you feel quite the opposite?

Our energy levels are directly related to how we feel.  If we do little for ourselves we feel fed up, over-stretched, put upon, and we tend to have low energy levels.  With low energy levels we feel less inclined to do the things we know we need to do, let alone anything else on top.  We also work more slowly and so become time-poor.

Whereas if we consciously put ourselves first and look after our own needs and wants, we feel happier, more fulfilled, lighter, and our energy levels soar.  When we have more energy we’re more productive so we get more done in the same or less time, making it possible to fulfil our commitments as well as looking after ourselves.

Sometimes we get so caught up with the roles we undertake, the commitments we have and the people around us, that we forget that we have a choice.  Try to choose one thing just for you.  Do it and see how different you feel.  See also the amazing knock-on effect that has.

tips

Top 5 Tips for Putting Yourself First

  1.  Don’t say ‘yes’ when you mean ‘no’!  How often do you do this? How does it feel?  Not good?  When you’re asked to do something, give it some thought and give an answer that’s true to you.  You will feel so much better when you say yes only when you mean it.
  2. Do something different.  If you feel tired or over-committed, the chances are you didn’t choose to feel that way.  By consciously breaking your routine (even if it’s only for one day) and doing something out of the ordinary, you have taken back your right  to choose.  Choose something that will give you a buzz and see what a difference it makes.
  3. Know what gives you energy.  Make yourself a list of all the things that put a big smile on your face and make you feel great.  Things that are focused on and all about you.  Then when you need a boost you have a ready-made list of pick-me-ups to choose from.
  4. Set aside time for you, and only you, regularly.   Whether it’s signing up to a series of classes, doing an activity you really enjoy or simply setting aside a couple of hours at a time to do exactly as you please, that may include doing absolutely nothing.  You don’t have to do it alone, just make sure that whatever it is, you are doing it for you.  Put it in the diary and stick to it!
  5. Have a plan.  If you know what you’re aiming for and you have a plan for how you’re going to get there… you will have all the motivation you need to drive you forward with the focus firmly on you.  Imagine the energy that will create!

If you need help focusing on you, contact me.  I will delighted to coach you.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Taking time for YOU!

My clients often tell me that one of the added benefits of coaching with me, that they hadn’t considered before they started, is that their hour and a half session can often be the only time in a busy week that they feel able to step back and truly focus 100% on themselves.  Hand on heart, how often could you say that you allow yourself to do that?

A lot of the time we get so busy ‘doing’ that we forget about ‘being’.

This was a revelation of sorts for me some years back.  I had something fantastically inspiring to aim for, I had the focus and drive to work really hard and I was making good progress.  And yet, I wound up feeling ill, stressed and fairly disillusioned.  If this was what having stretching goals was about, I wasn’t sure I wanted them after all!

Talking through how I felt with a friend one day, I was brought up short when she said “oh yes, you’ve become a human doing instead of a human being” and I thought about that all the way home.

teenage depression - teen woman sitting thinking

As I reflected on the previous few months I could think of few times when I wasn’t ‘doing’ and even fewer times when I’d consciously decided to take time out and just be.

So, how much of your time do you spend ‘doing’ and how much do you spend ‘being’?   If you had to divide a circle up with how much time you give over to each? What would it look like?  How big would your ‘being’ slice be?

With our busy lives and time-poor society it can seem impossible to take more time for ourselves, but at what cost do you choose not to?  My decision those few years back was to invest more time in myself, and I’m certain that I’m much more productive as a result.  I get more done in my ‘doing’ time now than I ever did when I was ‘doing’ every waking second of the day.  Plus, my ultimate decision was that it couldn’t all be about the doing and the destination or I’d miss the journey altogether.

concept

So what time could you make for yourself to just be?  When could you next set aside an hour or two, a whole day or even more than that to relax and recharge?  How much better would you feel if you did?

Could you do with some regular time set aside to focus 100% on you and on making your life how you want it?  Have you got so lost in the process of life, that you have forgotten who you are?

I can help you with focusing on you and learning to be.  Contact me today and we can have a chat on how it will work.

Do you want to slow down and enjoy your life? I will help you.

Since 2003 I have been  working on me, with me and not fighting against my life, I have learned so much about myself and grown a tremendous amount as a person and as a coach.  My clients have transformed their lives and become so much more than they were.  They have grown, changed, laughed, cried, loved, but most of all moved forward and are living their lives authentically and with more enjoyment and are putting themselves first. I have loved working with them all and watching them change so dramatically for the better.

Here are a couple of testimonials from my wonderful clients:

“Before I went to Maggie for help I could not handle confrontation and would feel in the wrong, even though I was right. I was sceptical about how it would work, but was surprised how calm I felt and ready to take anything on after my sessions. I still cannot believe how quickly it happened for me. Maggie exceeded my expectations, it was beyond my dreams and worked so quickly.” JH, IoW

“Maggie is such a wonderful person and a great coach! I have had the distinct pleasure of getting to know her. Maggie is honest, very compassionate and truly enjoys helping others to live the life they deserve! I know firsthand that she knows her stuff and has been a tremendous help to me in my journey! If your looking for life changing results, you’ve come to the right Woman!” TH, Michigan USA

“Maggie helped me to recognise that I was stagnating, and I chose not to do that any longer. I have changed my life dramatically in just one year, and now I am really enjoying my life and my new relationship.” LR, Gloucester.

Now that it is a brand New Year, 2014, I want you to work with me too, and I want to help you to transform your life. I am passionate about helping people to become the very best version of themselves.

2014

When you work with me you will learn how to:

Communicate with yourself honestly and on a deeper level.  Accept and let go of the past.  Trust in yourself and in the universe.  Be honest with yourself.  Slow down.  Breathe.  Be kinder to yourself.  Find your truth and follow it.  To be grateful for what you have now.  To love yourself and others more. To be less critical of yourself.  Enjoy living in the now.  To listen more to yourself and others.  Talk less.  Recognise and accept your emotions.

I know that:

  • Your life is meant to be enjoyed. When you learn to let go of who and what that makes you unhappy you create a space where the Universe can begin to respond to your desires for happiness and contentment.
  • Silence, space and time on your own (to be able to hear your inner voice/truth) are necessary to cultivate deep inner peace
  •  Notice when you are stuck or depressed.  If you have been feeling stuck for a while take a baby step to get help, this will begin to move you through your current emotional state.
  • Spend time in nature regularly to reconnect with your source energy.
  • Make intentions and set your goals from your heart. Choose 5 feelings you would like to feel each day and apply them to each area of your life. This can bring instant joy and fulfilment.
  • Goal setting and aspiring to what you think your partner, your peers, your family, your friends expect you to be will only creates pressure and stress for you.
  • Listen to your body. Your illness, aches, pains, medicine cabinet and addictions may be blocking the signs your body is sending you.
  • You are more beautiful than you believe you are. Learn to love all of you.
  •  Be quiet, don’t fill in the gaps. Listen more, talk less. Let go of control. It’s all going to be ok.
  •  Breathe deeply ~ Take three deep breaths every hour. Breathing deeply calms you down, it brings you into the present, it removes you from the future and past thinking …
  • Journalling regularly is a wonderful way to connect with your inner self. Write down three good things that have happened each day.
  •  You are more beautiful than you believe you are. Learn to love all of you.

concept

  • Do work that inspires you ~ start slowly…
  • Take time to dress for you each day. It makes you feel great.
  • Creating your beautiful home, one which is gentle and relaxing will nourish and relax your spirit.
  • Let go and trust there is a greater plan for your life, even in the middle of absolute chaos you can find peace.
  • Say farewell to your ego, it works against you.  It is up to you to choose how you live your life.   Your life experiences so far, have led to you creating an identity which you can keep or choose to let go in any given moment.
  • Life isn’t meant to be so serious. Dance when you hear a beat, smile more, meander through a day, open up to everyone and everything around you, drop your guard….
  • Eat healthy food. Notice what makes you feel well and what makes you feel sluggish.
  • Let go thinking about the past. It’s over. Let go future thinking. It hasn’t happened yet.  Be in the moment, here & now!
  • Put your phone on silent. Call people back when you are ready to speak.
  • Go to bed earlier ~ sleep/relax as much as your body needs.
  • Be more spontaneous ~ plan less, allow life to unfold.
  • Create a vision of your dreams, aspirations and goals – on a sheet of paper, on the computer, on pinterest.com. Update it weekly and watch your beautiful dream transform into your daily reality.

Time for action!

As a very busy coach I am lucky enough to be in a position where, on a daily basis, the fascinating people I work with tell me all about their big dreams, grand plans and compelling goals.  Dreams, plans and goals that they have possibly never shared with  another living soul.  And I can tell you that there are some amazing potential futures out there for these people!

So what will be the deciding factor as to whether these big dreams remain as dreams or become a wonderful and vibrant reality?  A few words come to mind – clarity, vision, belief, motivation, support – all play a part.  But the deciding factor in every case is – will this person take action?  Will they act upon what they want and work towards making it happen?

teenage depression - teen woman sitting thinking

All too often people don’t realise their ambitions and make their dreams a reality because their aspirations remain as something that they think about, rather than something that they do or create.  Having put all that effort into the thinking, dreaming and planning they find reasons not to do anything about it. And the fail to write them down.  Only when the dreams and aspirations are written down do they become goals.

Interestingly, the most common reason that I hear for inaction is ‘no time’.  How often do you hear people say “If only I had the time”? We all have the same number of hours in a day, it is how we manage those hours that makes the difference.

There is such a time-poor mentality around these days that we often appear to believe we have run out of time, or that there is literally none to spare because it’s already been spent on the other stuff in our lives.  Time is ‘taken up’ by so many things that  when it comes to the big goals and ambitions that require action, we don’t feel we have any left.

Added to that, the nature of some of these wonderful dreams that people have (eg. retraining for a new career) mean that they can take a certain amount of time to come to fruition, and there can be a sense of “but it would just take so long!”.

The thing is though time is passing anyway.  Regardless of whether we take action, use it constructively and make it count, it is going by at the same rate.  The real key to success is to decide to use it in the best way possible for what is most important to us.

We allow so many less important things to drain our time when we could choose at any moment to use it in a better way, in such a way that we make progress and start heading towards where we want to be.  So that in a year or two years time, we’ll be in a different place to the place we’re in now.  Well on our way to one of those compelling potential futures.  Or perhaps by that time it will be our reality?

Is it time for you to take action?

Your life does not resemble anybody else's

Do you have a dream or an ambition in which you’ve invested lots of thinking and planning time, but haven’t taken action on?  If so, keep reading!

Ask yourself:

  • What needs to happen for me to achieve this?  What are all the steps?
  • What is stopping me from taking action?  How long will I allow these things to stop me?
  • What is the one thing I could do in the next 24 hours to know that I have started taking action?
  • Will you do it?

Get in touch today and we can have a free informal chat on how I can help you to take action and achieve your goals.

Who were your teachers and who are your teachers now?

We learn all the time through various means, at school, college, university, from neighbours, friends, relatives etc.  Are you aware of who your teachers have been over the years and who they are now?
My teachers have been my parents, my primary school teachers, my senior school teachers, college tutors, my cousins, my children, my grandchildren, colleagues, my friends, my mother-in-law, my husband, myself and strangers. My teachers now are many and varied, from shop assistants to celebrities.  I am learning something new every day from so many different sources.
wiseowl

I was taught by my parents and my teachers that I was average, that I would never amount to anything. This is not a lesson I want to keep because I am not, never have been and never will be average. I am unique and I may not know the same things that so called clever people know, but what I do know is just as valuable. And I add to my knowledge daily.

I was taught by my college tutors that I should follow the rules. This is not a lesson I want to keep because not all rules should be followed. There are some that must be followed and there are some that should be bent a little, and some that should be ignored completely. It is all dependent upon the situation and the rule. I never advocate breaking the law.

I was taught by my husband and three children that love is unconditional for them. That is a lesson I am keeping because no matter what I love them all unconditionally.

I have been taught by my grandchildren that they are more intelligent than their previous generations and that they will be going places when they are old enough. This is a lesson I want to keep and I want to watch them do just that.

I was taught by my mother-in-law that we are on this earth to help people. This is a lesson definitely to keep because that is what I want to do above all else, and I am doing.  Helping people, everywhere.

I was taught by myself that I can do more than I originally thought was possible to do. This is definitely another lesson I want to keep and expand upon. As I said previously, I learn something new every day.

graduated

I have learned and am still learning that there is so much more to learn and that life is a school. This lesson will be staying for the rest of my life.

Think about who has taught you over the years, what you have learned and how valuable it is you.  Think about who your teachers are now. Never stop learning.

Reduce your stress

Having too much stress in your life, will make you anxious, irritable and unproductive.  Stress will affect your relationships, your performance at work, your long term physical and emotional health and your quality of your life in general.  But is there a way to reduce unwanted stress once and for all?

Why is it that all we seem to hear about these days is stress?  Why does it seem to pervade everything we do?  Well the simple answer is that as a result of ever-increasing expectations and competition more and more people are spending increasing amounts of time making very good use of their natural stress responses.

The instinctive responses, our body’s natural reactions to protect us from danger, release stress hormones directly into the bloodstream.  These hormones bring about  instant mental, emotional and physiological changes that provide extra awareness, endurance and strength.  So if we were in a dangerous situation, they would help us to survive.

And because stress hormones get us fired-up, rather like sprinters crouched and waiting for the starting-gun, and because most stressed people don’t get the release of the race itself or they don’t give their bodies and minds sufficient time and space to rest after each stress-filled moment, the stress hormones just keep on working long after the perceived successful situation has gone. And as a result, we permanently have to endure these feelings of immediate danger and physiological, mental and emotional readiness, never able to relax and never able to feel at ease. It makes us feel tired too, so much so that we want to sleep, but because we are stressed we can’t get to sleep and so we toss and turn and increase our stress levels.

womanscreaming

This obviously has a dramatic impact on the quality of our lives. Stress causes a wide range of emotional problems including issues with anger, anxiety, addiction, panic and obsessive thoughts.  It can also affect our physiology such that we suffer from insomnia and the inability of our immune system to work effectively.

Perhaps your stress is caused by crippling pressures at work, or through an unhappy home life.  Stress can also be caused by health worries – real or perceived, by financial worries, through the raft of worries associated with mid life crisis, through being too alone or not alone enough.  As life gets busier stress is on the increase and more of us are looking for ways to manage stress.

A story, entitled “Stress and Memory,” summarises the results of a study published in the ‘Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences Online’ that shows how stress chemically alters the brain’ s capacity to retain information, even very important information like where one can safely get one’s head above water when dropped unexpectedly into a lake or pond. That’s the effect on mice, anyway.

Scientists have discovered that if they play very irritating hissing noises to mice, the mice are then likely to forget where they can swim to safety while struggling to stay afloat in buckets of water … according to a story published on the science blog ‘ScienCentralNews’.

So if it affects mice, what is it doing to us?

Do you feel overwhelmed by too many things to do?  Have you noticed lately that you wake up early or in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep because your mind is racing?  Or have you been feeling more irritable about minor things at work or at home with your family?   If so, it sounds like there’s too much stress in your life.

Information-overload is one source of chronic stress.  We are bombarded with information from all angles every day.  From newspapers, television, radio, billboards, magazines, overheard conversations, the internet and so on. And most of what we are hearing and seeing is negative, which adds to the stress levels.

If you think that you’re the only one who’s suffering from your stress levels, think again.  New research suggests that one person’s stress can impact loved ones as well. Stress can be a huge source of misery in many lives.

Why not give it up?  Why not reclaim your life and start living the life you deserve to enable you to overcome your stress rapidly, leaving you physically more relaxed, mentally calmer and much more confident.  Quick fixes are hard to find, and often structural life changes are necessary to remove the major sources of stress.  Life coaching will enable you to overcome stress quickly and easily, leaving you physically more relaxed, mentally calmer, altogether more confident and most importantly, free of stress. Ultimately you will start living the life you desire.  Life Coaching will provide you with the tools required to avoid stress in the future.

concept

One of the tools you will learn to adopt is to stop getting caught in the avalanche of information – much of it negative as we know – that assaults you throughout the day.  Go on a news fast for a day, a week or a month.  Moderate your TV and Internet time.

Life coaching tackles life stresses in a more courageous way than many stress management techniques, because it invites you to take an honest look at the fundamental cause of your stress – namely – your life.  It offers both coping strategies for living with the status quo, but it also offers opportunities to change the status quo – thereby removing the sources of stress.

The life coaching process allows us to work together to find the sources of your stress and the routes to your happiness.  With the help of a Life Coach, you will design a new, better way to live, and you will find ways to make it happen. It isn’t easy, and it takes time, the Life Coach will support you in regular sessions to monitor progress, tackle problems, and help you to stay positive and energised. You will find the limiting beliefs which keep you down; you will remove these beliefs – springing the trap – allowing you to move into new ways of being.

As a result of these sessions, you will gain a better understanding of your stress (it’s rarely the way it seems at face value), you’ll see a better way to live, and you’ll move towards that better – stress-free life.

I am helping people to become the very best version of themselves and would love to work with you. Get in touch with me today via the contact page of my website. Work with me to reduce your stress levels.

Are you holding on to things you ‘should’ do?

A lot of people carry around with them a huge amount of “baggage” or “clutter” in their minds. When I say this I mean that they are still holding onto things that they say they ‘should’ do, but  they really don’t need to.

There are many ‘coulds’ and ‘shoulds’ in your life that hold you back – you want to let go, but for some reason you don’t.

This is very common in several areas of life, in particular going through or after divorce.  You are not alone, I am guilty of doing it myself.

Are you carrying around with you a lot of emotional attention that you could be doing without rather than focusing on something more productive instead?

If you are, I bet it is having a negative influence on your confidence and self esteem.

Stressed Businesswoman

Take a look at your life, be honest with yourself and begin to get rid of this baggage, bit by bit, by asking yourself some questions and by completing the following exercise.  In effect, what you are doing is making certain tasks “complete”, drawing a line under them and moving on.

Answer the following questions honestly.  You can do it all in one go or do it over a period of days.  By writing your answers down they become more real and the changes more attainable.

Get to it and over a short space of time you will notice your confidence soar!

  • Make a list of 10 things that you are putting up with at home
  • Make a list of 10 things that you are putting up with at work
  • Make a list of 10 things that you are putting up with in any other areas of your life

iStock_000004706304XSmall (2)

Make an action plan to make changes in your behaviour or communicate to the person involved in these things that you have been putting up with how you would like them to change their behaviour. Take action!

  • Make a list of things that are unresolved/unfinished in your life.

Make an action plan of how you are going to make some changes to reduce this number! Take action!

  • Do you need to clear the air with anyone? If so, just do it! Life is too short!
  • Did you ever say that you were going to call someone or keep in touch with someone yet have done nothing about it? If yes, call them or send an email to them today

Let go of as many coulds, woulds, shoulds, maybes, oughts as you can. Take action!

By completing these exercises you will be able to focus more on the here, the now and the future. You will now be able to let go of some of the things that have been taking up your valuable attention – those things that knock your self esteem. And you will definitely notice the results in the way you are more confident and more aware of what you will tolerate in your life.

Many of my clients find simple strategies to recognise their daily achievements and spur themselves on to greater success! What are yours going to be?

My training, experience and successes as a coach

There are a lot of ‘coaches’ out there who have never had formal coach training.  That doesn’t mean they are not good at what they do, but to me it does make me ask the question ‘what are they actually teaching me, where are they getting their information?’.  I know to some people it doesn’t matter if their coach is qualified or certified or not, but to me it is very important.  If I can use the analogy of hiring a plumber to fit a new boiler, would I hire someone who is certified as a plumber, has his/her Gas Safe qualifications, has the necessary examination passes or would I hire the man down the road who has a slight knowledge of how a boiler works but no formal qualifications.  To me there is no contest, it has to be the qualified and certified plumber.

plumber

And so it is for me when hiring a coach.  They have to be qualified, good at what they do and keen to help me get to where I want to go.  And I want my clients to know that I am qualified, certified, experienced and keen to get them to where they want to go.

There are many coaches out there who claim they have so many years experience of coaching and therefore consider themselves to be qualified in some way.  Unless they have gone through formal coach training and been certified by the organisation they have trained with, then to me they are not qualified.

I have been working as a life coach since 2004 and can honestly say that I am highly qualified and experienced.  I have listed below all my coaching qualifications and the institutions I gained these qualifications with:

graduated

I trained with all those organisations, passed all the coursework, the coaching assignments, attended lectures, had hours of coaching conversations on the phone with colleagues in the USA, Australia and South Africa.  I am proud of the time, effort and commitment I have put in to becoming one of the top 10% of coaches in the UK.

Additionally I have worked hard with my clients who come from all walks of life.  I have worked with cleaners, authors, coaches, undertakers, secretaries, administrators and celebrities.  Each person is different, and each is fascinating.  I have so many success stories, and I will share some of the wonderful testimonials I have received at the end of this blog.

My experiences over the last ten years have allowed to me achieve the following:

I absolutely love my work and enjoy getting up in the morning knowing that I am going to be helping someone create a better life for themselves.  That is so rewarding in itself.  And I have worked with some tremendous people and keep in touch with them to find out how they are doing, and supporting them as they grow and become the very best versions of themselves.

People who work with me as their coach can be assured that I am not only qualified and certified, I have vast experience and knowledge and I only have their best interests at heart.  Each and every client is aware of my confidentiality policy, I never identify my clients without their express permission.

Here are a few of the testimonials I have received from some of my wonderful clients:

“Maggie helped me to make one big decision that led to another, and another, and another – and that’s how my life changed for the better!”

“Maggie assisted me through a challenging time in my life. She is able to combine a no nonsense approach with genuine empathy to her coaching work and shares her knowledge generously. She holds you accountable for outcomes in a warm and caring manner. Training together and being coached by Maggie was such a pleasure. I always looked forward to those sessions with anticipation. Maggie is able to hold your space in a non-judgemental manner which gives you the confidence to move forward. I certainly recommend her as a coach.”

“Things are really good. There is very much a difference in my homelife now, very rarely do I even think about work, which is great. Even my daughter has noticed a difference. I don’t seem to get stressed like I used to. I really can’t thank you enough for your help!”

“The ride has been awesome…the support you gave me while I was driving at the wheel of my life, and you were sitting in the passenger seat guiding, encouraging, and supporting me was fantastic and I so appreciate that.”

‘Maggie, I am good thanks. Have made some significant changes to what I do and how I behave. Change is always difficult, but you just have to have confidence, back yourself and go for it don’t you!! Your book was the first step I took to set me on the way for this latest, and final, journey. I have picked up a few other things on the way, and there is no turning back now!!’

“Maggie is a wonderful coach who, I guarantee will have a positive effect on your life. A great person to know and have on your side.”

“Maggie has great experience of dealing with life situations in a positive way. I have seen people grow within themselves during several of her presentations and seminars. She deals with people in a non-judgemental and constructive way, whilst challenging them to look at their view of them selves and to re-evaluate their own self-worth.”

I measure my success by the successes of my clients.  Making a difference to their lives gives me goosebumps every time, as it never ceases to amaze me how great people can become and to know that I have helped them is such a great feeling.

All my clients, past, present and future can rest assured that I am highly qualified, certified and experienced.  They can also be assured that I am passionate about my work and love every minute of it.

I am helping people to become the very best version of themselves and would love to work with you. Contact me today.
